About

Operator-side engineer
for the front end.

19 years in upstream oil & gas on both sides of the table: most of it on the operator side, and three years in a Rosneft engineering centre delivering studies as the contractor. I know how a contractor scopes and delivers a study, and what an operator needs to take it through a gate. My focus is the phase where project value, constraints and decision logic are set: FEL1–FEL2, Pre-FEED and brownfield development.
